If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It should identify the removed material and its prior location, include your contact information, and include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, along with your consent to jurisdiction and your signature.
We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
