Copyright & DMCA Policy

Earnivor respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

Reporting alleged infringement

If you believe material available through Earnivor infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at support@earnivor.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, a link or a description of where it appears).
4. Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It should identify the removed material and its prior location, include your contact information, and include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, along with your consent to jurisdiction and your signature.

Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
