Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Earnivor ("we", "us") collects when you use
earnivor.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to
run your account, verify tasks, and pay you. We do not sell your personal information,
and we do not send marketing email.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide at sign-up: your name, email address, a password
(stored only as a secure one-way hash — we never see it), country, and username.
- Task & verification data: the social-media usernames you enter to prove a task,
and the screenshots you upload as proof of a completed action.
- Payout details you choose to save so we can pay you: e.g. GCash number, bank
account, mobile-money number, PayTm/UPI ID, M-Pesa number, or crypto wallet address.
- Technical data: your IP address at sign-up and when you submit proof, used for
security and to prevent one person from operating many accounts.
- Optional Telegram link: if you link Telegram for task alerts, we store your
Telegram chat ID so we can message you. You can unlink it at any time.
How we use your information
- To create and operate your account and show you tasks available in your country.
- To review the proof you submit and credit your wallet for approved tasks.
- To process your withdrawals through the payout method you choose.
- To detect and prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, and abuse of the platform.
- To send you service (transactional) emails only — email confirmation, password
reset, and withdrawal/payout notices. These are triggered by your own actions on your
account. We do not send newsletters, promotions, or marketing email.
Email & communications
Every email we send is a one-to-one transactional message about your own account activity.
We never add you to a marketing list, never share your email with advertisers, and never
email you content you did not trigger. Because these are essential service messages (for
example, a link to reset your password), they are part of the service you signed up for.
How we share information
- We do not sell your personal data.
- Payment providers: we share only the payout details necessary to send your money
(e.g. your GCash number or wallet address) to the relevant payment service.
- Verification services: to confirm a task was completed, a social username or public
link may be checked against the relevant platform's public data via an API provider.
- Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights,
safety, and property of Earnivor and its users.
Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party
advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Proof screenshots are
kept only for the review period and are routinely deleted afterwards. You may ask us to delete
your account and associated personal data at any time (see below).
Security
Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes, the site is served over HTTPS, and access to
personal data is restricted. No online service can be perfectly secure, but we take reasonable
measures to protect your information.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask what we hold about you,
by emailing support@earnivor.com. You can unlink
Telegram, change your payout details, or close your account at any time.
Children
Earnivor is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from
children.
